Hi, I tried the free-trial for an Adobe program that ended 2 days ago and I couldn't cancel the subscription before it ended.
Now, Adobe is charging me for a plan that I didn't choose and I still can't cancel it. I followed the steps in this link https://helpx.adobe.com/pt/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html but there's no button for cancelling the plan.
The chat for the Help Center is not working and I can't find any other form of contact for support in my region.
Have something to add?
