Hello,
I took an Illustrator exactly one month ago, because I wanted to try it only for one month. Today I found out that Adobe has charged me for another month, and in order to cancel my subscription need to pay 122 euro. I am so devasted, I honestly do not have money to pay it the whole year. I wanted to use Illustrator to learn how to draw there, and definietly not to work with this program for longer..
Aparently I made a mistake between annual contrat and month contract (but I belive there was no option just for a month, if so, I would definietly use this one, since that was my first try with this program ever).
I would really like to change my subscription and cancel it without paying extra for it. Annual contract is definietly too much for my personal use, since I beraly use the program during last month.
Could someone help me with this issue?
