Hello!

I registered for a free 30 days trial account a few months ago for Photoshop, Light room, etc. When I decided to cancel, Adobe offered me another 3 months free trial which I accepted, thinking I would have more time to try it out for real, but I didn't... When I decided to cancel again, it was too late, the first payment had been already charged and now they ask 20$ to cancel, which I have no intention to pay considering that it wasn't clear in that 3 months offer email that after the first payment I would be stuck for a year. I tried to find an email for customer service or a phone number where I can talk to someone in French but it is impossible to find. Can anyone help me please? I would be very appreciated 🙂
