Cannot download older apps / older versions in Adobe CC Desktop

No "Other Versions" when I click at 3 dots and no "Show Older Apps" in preferences?

click file>preferences>apps and make sure show older apps is enabled:

Believe me or not but I don't have anything below "Installing"...

Do you have an active license? Old versions are not available for demo, for some reason.

as above, that option is only available for subscribers, not testers.

 I dont need it anymore but I cc seems to be activated as I can download software...will reinstall it maybe
