Hi there, my problem is that we cannot find our administrator account. We don't know to whom mail is the account associated to. When I try to contact the Adobe support to verify whose account is the administrator one, it tells me to ask to our administrator. So it's a dead end.
We are volunteers and users, just like you. We don't have access to any account informations. So we cannot help with account and/or payment problems/questions — only Adobe Customer Service can do that.
