Hello there, I'm at my wit's end right now.

I did a fresh Windows 10 install on my system and trying to install InDesign CC on it now and it doesn't work. It starts installing and after a few seconds (usually at abou 6%) it stops and gives me the "installation failure" message. The log says:

Exit Code: 113
-------------------------------------- Summary --------------------------------------
 - 3 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)

FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: AdobeInDesignAppBase64-mul Version: 15.1.2.226). Error code: '113'
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I tried the trial version of Premiere Pro and it happens the same way, however Acrobat DC and Adobe XD install just fine. I tried all the troubleshootiung steps I could think of:

- Uninstalled and Resinstalled Creative Cloud (with Administrator rights!)

- Turned off Firewall and Antivirus completely

- Cleaned up host file

- Reset network adapters

- I tried to look into the PDApp.log but there's so much text I don't underdstand any of it

I just don't know what to do. I need these programs for my work but al I get is Error 113.

What can I do?

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos? if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
