I constantly get a popup window that doesn't load, keeps crashing, and reopening.
I have already tried:
I am not interested in uninstalling and reinstalling Catalina. I expect the trial version to work before I pay for it.
Zealain, sorry you are facing problems with using the Creative Cloud desktop app. Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/black-screen-sign-in-creative-cloud.html for steps you can take to correct the current behavior.
