Cannot log in to use Adobe

When I put my email to log in for using adobe application. The message above has shown. I don't know how to solve it.

 

*My email can log in through website adobe.

When you put your email, it asks for your password.

For SOME people, when it asks for the password it ALSO asks you to choose between PERSONAL and OFFICIAL.

See if it does that.
