I have looked into trying to fix it and a have connection to the adobe servers (can see two logos when testing) but the download doesnt work ( it installs for 5 minutes or so then gives me the error code). can anyone help?

Jaspis9, I am sorry but since you purchase an individual Creative Cloud membership, then you will need to make sure you have access to the servers and ports listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html. If this is not possible, then please ask the organization you work for to purchase a Creative Cloud for Team or Enterprise membership.
