As the title states above. I get this message. Adobe, I pay for the subscripotion. If I cant have it, then refund my money and I will go elswhere.
This is ridculous!

-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

If you still need help, scroll down to Support on the same page and click on Contact Adobe. Type AGENT in the chat box followed by enter key and wait for a human.
