CC App update fails to install

I'm using A Mac with latest OS. I have tried repeatedly to get creative cloud installed, but the furthest I get is 20% before stall out. I have the problem for a month. Customer care could not resolve when we spoke. And when I try to call back hold times are more than hour. Never been more frustrated!
