I've already installed a number of applications to my desktop, and the Creative Cloud desktop periodically notifies me that updates are available for those apps. However, when I go to the Update page in CC, the UPDATE and UPDATE ALL buttons are dead, they don't respond. WTF?

The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc
