CC Installer Stuck @ 5%

I am running Windows 10, and Creative Cloud has decided to get a 306 error on update, so i tried reinstaller the installer, and it gets stuck at 5%.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

Carterusm2009, Error 306 occurs because the installation process was blocked from completing.  Please review the log files to determine the exact cause of the failure.
