CC not working

Hi I bought CC for school & I'm trying to download the programs I need. So far I have only downloaded Photoshop but to even do that I had to repair CC. Now  need Illustrator but it won't download. There's no error message or failed download, just no action when I click install. I've tried downloading other programs & same thing. The page is responding, connected to the internet, I've tried quiting CC but nothing. 

Any suggestions? Should I try to repair it again or uninstall?
