Hi all,
I work at a college, where I had a discounted annual CC plan, which has recently expired (the college no longer offered the plan).
Now the college has announced that we can have access to a temporary free license to CC ending on May 31, 2020. I did the registration for this which seemed to work fine. However, when I look in "My Plans" I don't see the temporary free plan. When I open my CC apps, I get a prompt that tells me to upgrade my payment info. Has anyone else run into this problem? Many thanks.
I'm not aware of any free plans for college staff.

3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with the ID and password your IT department told you to use.

Adobe is providing "free" access to its Creative Cloud apps only if you are in education as a teacher or student. For institutions that give students access to Creative Cloud apps through on-campus computer labs, Adobe is enabling those students to work remotely for 60 days through a temporary "at home" access. This has to be set up through the school.

Thanks for your replies. I am faculty, and I received instructions from IT to log in with my college credentials. I will try your instructions above and report back.
Update: logging out of CC and restarting did the trick. I now have access to CC. Thank you!
