I moved to a different country (from Argentina to Canada) and need to change the country in my account. How do I do that? I find no options anywhere to do so in my account, profile or anywhere. Thanks.

If only that were true... but I know that it is not. I mean, the account is based in Argentina, but it has a product bought in USA that was added in Canada. So... yeah, no.

And the options in your first link won't help me. I don't have an active subscription but I do have a product, and I won't be having different accounts for different products just because...

You know that besides the CC subscription Adobe has stand alone products, right? Well, my account has one of those and I wanted to buy another, but cannot because the account is set on another country than were I live now and it is giving me prices in that country currency and I don't even have any financial information from there anymore.

Besides, my question is clear: how to change the account country. Not something that needs to be really clarified to be understood.

My answer said that what you linked does not work. The store reverts to the logged account country. My account has no subscription so your first link does not help me either. And I am not going to create a different account, as I stated, just because Adobe decides that it is too difficult for them to change the country, so I am here asking if there is a way to do that. Your answers are not helpful.

I spare you from contacting Adobe with this issue. Customer service´s answer: ”Country can not be change. You will have to create a new account with new country and place a new order.” I guess there´s some tax issues or what not behind this inflexibility but from the customers point of view this is frustrating.

As a follow-up to my previous comment, I have now created a new account with new country and placed a new order. I then terminated the old subscription. Before doing so, I downloaded some assets from the old account, such as libraries. Afterwards, I discovered that downloading the assets was unnecessary as they were still available on my old account despite the subscription having ended. After all the change was quite painless.

It have NOT been solved Still!

I spent 5 hours (!!!) with online agents - no resolution. They only keep "recommending" to create a new account 😞
10 years with Adobe and all following, appreciations and so on goes to garbage???

I ended up spending 8 hours yesterday with online assistants an nothing...

"Lithuania" is just imbedded in my account and there's no way to remove it from what I can see 😭

I started off with having it active (would've been active until Nov 4th) untill at about 3 hours into "help support" I was told that we should cancel and then we'll be able to change the country (see my assistan's message attached).
And then (about 4 hours later), when that didn't work, another assistant told me that we should've dealt when it was still active (please see another screenshot)....
So bounced between 6 or 7 assistants and a full work day later, no resolution.
And to be honest, I had this issue since 2017 (when I moved from Lithuania to Canada), but I kept my european card untill now...
But I'm at the end of the rope here and can't pay in euros while being in Canada anymore.
