I was charged twice on my account for this month (May). I just renewed my subscription and my account shows two charges.
I tried calling customer service but I hung up after being on hold for 2 hours. Please help me understand what's happening here.

What do you mean by renewed ?The subscription are automatically renewed .Maybe you took a second subscription .
Or if you had an unpaid month ,you'll be charged for the unpaid month plus the regular payment .

I was charged for a Photography Pkg on May 17, which is normal, and received the same charge again on May 18th. Can anyone help me understand why ...?
