I have been trying to get hold of support by using the chat function.
The Chat starts and the support is writing to me, but i do not have a reply option.
The box or text field for me to write my reply is missing.
What do i do?
I am using, Windows 10 latest build, Edge.

All of the Adobe Support options are ridiculous. What kind of Chat Support takes an hour to get someone?!
