Cloud Apps won't launch

This is killing me! CC recently updated my apps, when I try to open Illustrator, Photoshop, ID & Acrobat they won't launch/load. It doesn't matter if I try from the icon in the Application Folder, the "open" tab in CC or the shortcut icon on my dock. NOTHING happens!

 

I'm on a MAC running Catalina 10.15.7

first, if not already done, restart your computer and retry opening your cc programs.

 

if that fails try resetting the cc app.

to reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, uninstall the problematic programs -  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

 

restart your computer.

 

reinstall using the cc desktop app.
