I was sent an email concerning payment option needing updated. I replied needing some further information. It came back "Undeliverable: Re: Your subscription will expire soon". I work 9 to 12 hour days and do not have time to sit at computer "chatting", would like a email contact so an exchange can take place when time is available. Shouldn't be that difficult really. Any link to email support is appreciated.

Log into the main Adobe website with the Adobe ID, Email Address and Password, you used to purchase your subscription and then go to Manage your Account and you will find other links to change the payment method.

What was the address it came from, and when you did the Reply, what address did it try to go to? And what do you see when you turn on full headers?

 

It sounds suspiciously like it did not come from Adobe, but we can't tell for certain from what you've told us. Send the email to: phishing@adobe.com. If you gave credit card information, cancel the card. If you gave other information that could be used for identity theft, find out what you need to do to protect yourself.

Do not reply to PMs from scammers who might send offers of "help" through this forum. Email and Forums are two favorite ways for them to work. Adobe Staff has a red badge, the word "employee", and an adobe.com address.
