As part of a 'going green' initiative, i am looking at reducing paper invoicing. At present, invoices are created in excel, printed onto letterhead and scanned back as PDF.
I want to know if it is possible to convert the excel invoice directly onto PDF letterhead template, to use multiple times?
Or is the only option to create the letterhead in excel and just do a simple convertion to PDF?
Any assistance greatly apprecaited.
I would use Acrobat to convert Excel to PDF
But first, ask Microsoft if it is possible to do a "save as" in Excel to directly create a PDF
