Crative Cloud Desktop - Nicht alle Apps verfügbar

Hallo zusammen,

Ryzen 7 2700X (octacore, 4.15 GHz), 32 GB RAM. RTX 2070 Ventus GP (8 GB VRAM)

Windows 10 Pro, Version 1909, build 19363.1237

64-bit

Laptop (hier funktionier es):

i7-4510U, 8 GB RAM, GeForce 840M

Windows 10 Home, Version 2004, build 19041.572, Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

64-bit

Vielen Dank schonmal,

your win 10 pro os version is 1 year old, but if you can't update, you can try:

resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including pr
