Hello, I have so many problems with this app that is unbelievable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO SOMETHING THAT'S RIDICIOUS
 
HOW BAD ARE YOUR ADOBE ???
 
SOMETHING MUST BE IMPROVED HERE OR I WILL DO IT SO THAT IT WORKS !!!!!!!!
 
CANT LOAD FILES FONTS OR ANYTHING!!!!! 
 
REPAIR IT!!!!!

If this doesn't help we need more information about your environment. Please consider including the following questions:

  • Adobe product and version number
  • Operating system and version number
  • The full text of any error message (s)
  • What you were doing when the problem occurred
  • Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

BTW: 

First, you don't need to cry. You don't need wrote you all in capitals!! 

 

So people don't have to download the image you have attached to your post please Edit your post to remove the Attached screen shot and Include it in the body of the text of your post.
You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box like this.
