I got a notification that I have updates available, but when I go to the Apps page online nothing happens when I click any of the Update buttons.
Desktop software updates would come from your Creative Cloud desktop app. Which app did you attempt to update?
Does your computer meet the min-system requirements to handle new updates?
Check each one.

I thought that was the basic information. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Lightroom, and Camera Raw will not update on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-in, late 2015, Big Sur v. 11.4). No error message, but the update buttons do nothing. I have not had this problem previously. I'm not a computer expert, so I don't know what else to say about it.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:

Thanks but that didn't work. It gave me an error message saying I couldn't uninstall it because I also have Macintosh Office on my system. I can't figure this out! I wonder if I need to uninstall all of my CC apps individually.

That was the issue! Thanks so much. I simply had to unsync a bunch of Dropbox files.
