I have signed up for a free trial of InDesign and neither it, nor Creative Cloud, will install.
It keeps going back and forth between the two pages below:
I have temporarily disabled my Firewalls based on advice given to similiar questions, but it hasn't solved the issue.
Would appreciate any help.
Would you mind sharing details about the OD version you are on?

I am using Windows 10, 64-bit.
I managed to download Creative Cloud by using a zip files, as described here - https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
However, now I have another issue.
When I click on the Creative Cloud app on my desktop, it won't allow me to sign-in, and it gets stuck on "Loading Creative Account...". After a few minutes, it arrives here:
I click "Sign In", and the process starts again. It doesn't allow me to sign in at any stage.
I have been having the same issue since this morning (but mine is with a purchased version). Hopefully we get some help.
