Brand new Dell 5070 Windows 10.

Log into account, download Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.

Run setup - nothing happens.

Watch the task man - shows running, shows 0 for cpu, disc, network.

Download Photoshop_Set-Up.

Same behavior.

Disable Anti-Virus.

Same behavior.

Did all recommended items here:

Used exact same installer files on a different Windows 10 machine.

Same behavior.

It simply won't install.

A few weeks ago I had to install the same suite on another Dell pc (laptop), and no issues.

What am I missing?

Thank you.

install the cc desktop app from here https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs. p.s. if you have trouble downloading, clear your browser's cache, try another browser or use the alternate links at the bottom of the above page.

Jodi, is your computer managed by the organization that manages the e-mail address you used to post to this public forum?  Try the suggestions offered by Kglad, but please be aware those solutions are only designed for individual users who have full control of the computer and the network that the computer is connected to.

Most organizations manage the computers that they provide their employees.  This may lead to the solutions that you have implemented being unsuccessful.
