Haven't used Creative Cloud nor Download assistant in a while.

Also only way I can quit it is to quit everything and Restart.

Hi Phillip,

Please try the steps below:

1) Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

2) Install the latest version of Adobe creative cloud from the link: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop

Okay I got Creative Cloud to work.  Has the Download Assistant been Retired. Its still doesn't sign in. It still has an error.
