I'm having trouble with the creative cloud apps

all of them seem to not work and the creative cloud desktop app also doesn't work and all I get is a blank screen like nothing is happening, I don't know what to do I've been trying to restart my mac and it won't help. but the thing is when I go to an old photoshop or any app file and open it it will open but it won't let me open a new project

this is so weird and I need to do homework (design student) so I really need help

thanks,Nataly

Which operating system?

Older 32-bit apps won't work on Catalina.  You need the latest versions of CC.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud+ all other apps you intend to use.
