I am being bumped out of CC every 3-5 minutes. Each time I have to sign in again. It can shut me out in as little as 2 minutes.
Is anyone else having this problem? Does CC quit when wifi signal gets weak?

I was able to temporarily solve this problem by removing all of the adobe certificates (on my PC) with certificate manager. But the next day, same problem and dozens of new certificates.
Does anyone have any ideas about why this is happening?

I'm having this problem as well. I worked with an agent to solve the issue on my computer for over 3 hours and was told I need to wait for them to call me with a "specialist". One whole week passes, not a single call. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, done every possible measure, but still have the same problem.

If you're on Windows, ensure you're updated and that Windows Management Instrument (WMI) is working.
