Hi,

When I visit this page: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/updates

it says: "Couldn’t load updates - Updates aren’t loading on the web right now. Try again later or open the desktop app and go to Updates there."

What's it supposed to say on this page? Is this because my Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't work or is this an Adobe website error?

When I view the page with my Photoshop and Lightroom, it says "Download", but these are already installed on my computer and have been for years.

My Creative Cloud on Desktop doesn't work, doesn't open when clicked on.
My Photoshop and Lightroom don't open now and crash immediately.
I have work deadlines.
Adobe tech support screenshared and uninstalled completely and reinstalled Creative Cloud and it didn't fix it. Still same problem.

What's going on? I need to get back to work! Bad enough the pandemic limits my income, now this is doing me in!

I'm on Windows 10.

thx

I found this page and the Uninstaller Tool to be helpful. Finally fixed my Creative Cloud on my own after an entire day of dealing with tech support, chat windows, and forums. I downloaded the Uninstaller Tool and then clicked Repair and it fixed Creative Cloud that was installed.https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html
