Creative Cloud desktop keeps going into compatibilty mode

hello,

i have this issue where no matter how many times i uninstall and reinstall the creative cloud on my pc, at first it will work fine but when i turn off my pc and then back on, creative cloud will go back in compatibility mode and it will even uninstall on its own some apps downloaded before. 

my OS is the latest version of windows 10

could anyone please help? i feel like im wasting my money

Not sure I know what you mean by "compatibility mode". Can you show a message that you get about this?
