This is my first time here.
I got some issues. My creative cloud desktop the new rainbow one.
For some reason it can't connect to the server it says my firewall settings has to be off. I did that and still nothing.
I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working any help.
Daigo-San if you turn off the software firewall are you then able to connect to the server? What operating system are you using? When was the last time you were able to contact the server?
whoops I know this is very late response. But I had to call the tech support and getting fixed through their steps. It was a very technical solution.
