my problem is in not being able to launch the Adobe Creative Cloud.
Fresh new PC with Win10, just upgraded to v2004. Adobe Creative Cloud just circling and saying that " Loading Creative Cloud..." and nothing happens.
Numerous times re-installed, also with Adobe Creative Cloud uninstall utility, manually removed all Adobe folders, registry clearred. Firewall off. Hosts file is empty. All steps of all found recomendations followed. Day spent.. with no results.
Oh yes, and Adobe tech support contacted, where the tech guy after his recommended re-install didnt help he just disappear from chat 🙂
May be here anybody can have a solution?

What are the specs of the new computer?
CPU i7-9700F, 16GB RAM, NVidia Quadro P2000, Windows 10Pro v2004, SSD ADATA 512GB.
In addition, the problem does not related to office network, since the old pc, which stands next to this new one works with that ok.
Do you have all available Windows updates?
Is the graphics driver up to date?
Yes, all updates are installed. Videocard driver is the fresh one of September 22, 2020.
What graphics card?
Nvidia issued a new Studio Driver a few days ago.

Yes, no problem to Open and navigate throughout the Microsoft Store
have the same issue like OP but i cant connect to the microsoft store
