I have installed, uninstalled,. installed, uninstalled and installed Creative Cloud but continue to get two error messages that prevent me from opening Creative Coud. Screenshots of the two meessages are attached.
Can anyone help resolve this probvlem?

That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
