I keep getting Error C191, when installing, or 191 when upating Creative Cloud. It will not update at all.

 

FATAL: Error (Code = 191) executing in command 'AddUWPAppxCommand' for package: 'KANC-mul', version:1.0.1.22
FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: KANC-mul Version: 1.0.1.22). Error code: '191'
ERROR: hdhelper exe at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\HDBox\HDHelper.exe failed to install UWP app with error code 1 - OS Message: C:\adobeTemp\ETR3749.tmp\1\Appx\AdobeNotificationClient.appx#@#OS_Error_Code: -2147009261#@#OS_Error_String: Windows cannot install appx package AdobeNotificationClient_1.0.1.22_x86__enpm4xejd91yc to volume D: because it is not supported on this filesystem.

What specific Adobe application are you trying to install, Julio200?  If it is Adobe XD, then you must allow installations to occur through the Windows Universal Platform and Microsoft Store.
