Creative Cloud falha ao iniciar

Quando tento iniciar o Creative Cloud [após ter reinstalado] o Creative Cloud mostra "Carregando Creative Cloud" e após um longo tempo exibe o erro:

Já tentei reinstalar 2x, já deletei as pastas, reiniciei as hosts, rodei cleanup tool, e nada.

Tem isto tambem. [Acabei de reinstalar pela 3ª vez]

I already tried the 1st link.
Even removed all adobe folders, but nothing.

I'll try to download VisualStudio 2015 to try to fix the C++ issue
