You need to Allow / Whitelist below ports.
Adobe Ports/Host combinations
Port 80 is HTTP, right? Why would I need to allow this globally?
Also there doesn't seem to be a way to whitelist hostnames in Windows firewall...
May I know whether you are using Office / Corporate network computer ?
If yes , make sure to contact your IT department and add the Adobe ports to Allow/ Whitelist for Network Firewall.
I installed Creative Cloud a few days ago and used it without any issues. For the last two days, I have not been able to access CC. The receive the error "Please check your firewall settings, ensure that the time settings on your computer are correct, and try again."
I turned off my firewall without any success
