Hello,
Creative cloud just freezes once i open it, like i can move the window, but cant click on anything.
Tried: uninstall, clean,repair, reinstall,installed the m1 version, restart device, cursing..nothing worked.

first, reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link
if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

thanks for the suggestion, yet as i said, Creative Cloud app freezes, so i can NOT click on uninstall as in the suggested link:

how could you install apps if cc freezes when opening?
or did everything work for a while before problems started?

exactly, i had all apps working good; then suddenly creative cloud is not working and i when i open any adobe software freezes except adobe dream weaver!

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
search for and manually delete all adobe files/folders
restart your computer (don't skip this)

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

I have exactly the same problem. Once I reinstall, clicking my mouse does nothing therefore I can't go anywhere. Installation worked last week

same problem here.. tried uninstalling everything, restarting, reinstalling everything.. issue remains..

Yes I did. Three times 🙂
I got tired of it, so I searched for files containing 'adobe' in the name and deleted them all. All application support, all apps, all cache, everything. Than restarted and installed again and now it works.
Ofcourse I loose all my preferences and settings 😞
