Hello
I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud on a brand new computer with Windows 10, every time I begin to download the app the installer crashes within the first few seconds. I contacted Adobe Support who remotely accessed my computer and told me it looked like a Windows issue and to contact Windows Support. I contacted Windows and after they remotely accessed my computer also was advised that the actual download file was not compatible with Windows 10 and I should contact Adobe Support. After spending 6 hours talking to online support I am keen to get this resolved!
I'm not seeing an option to download Creative Cloud for a specific system, am I missing something?
Thanks in advance

Thanks John but that doesn't actually help at all. I am aware it should work with Windows 10, as I said the installer begins and crashes. No error code.
When looking at the properties of the Creative Cloud download file in my download folder, it also states in the compatibility that it is compatible with versions up to Windows 8.
As I have spoken to Adobe and Windows it is not an issue of whether the program should be compatible, obviously there is something a bit more to it than that.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? This sounds exactly like what I'm dealing with and my mind's just blank as to what it could be at this point.

I am actually getting a Gateway Antivirus report everytime any adobe installer or updater tries to run.....
My Enterprise will not "clear it" just for Adobe (not really known for solid security and malware protection processes)...

Marvellous, thank goodness I saw your post. I haven't got bitlocker enabled, but I had recently installed veracrypt, guess what, uninstalling veracrypt solved my problem, I would never have guessed.
Thank you
