Hi there,

im using Windows 7 ultimate, and if I want to download Creative Cloud, it seems like the installation works, but the launcher crashes at 56.9%, but it created a desktop icon for CC. After I tried to start CC, the window says, that the apps are loading all the time. A bit later, another window popps up and tells to restart the computer or CC, after clicking on restart nothing happens, after restarting CC and the computer nothing changes. If I try to install it again, it crashes at 15.4% all the time. After rename the folders OOBE in OOBE.old, it starts loading till 56.9% again. All trys ended like that, I tried to:

  • use the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool
  • delete all Adobe folders and data
  • repair Creative Cloud

I have a

- Quad Core i5-2500 CPU 3.30GHz

- AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series

- 16GB RAM

Could it be, that the problem comes up, because I have less memory, then I should have? If yes, what is the minimum need of memory for CC?

Thank you

Asli
