creative cloud is blank window why?

Ive tried all of the method and nothing seems to work!

Ive treid rename the obee folder + deleted it and nothig is working

I have macbook air catalina.

Every time im opening the creative cloud app it opens a blank page.

help helppp.

Hilabenshabat, I am sorry you are unable to open the Creative Cloud desktop app. Did it work on your MacBook Air previously?  What other Adobe applications, and versions, are installed on the computer?
