Creative Cloud missing or damaged loop

A month ago I ran into the Creative Cloud is missing files or damaged, select repair or quit, which completely loops without uninstalling and reinstalling. It just happened again so I came here looking for help. It seems like this is a common topic. Has anyone identified an underlying cause and are logs of these errors sent so creative cloud can get more stable?
