Creative Cloud ne charge plus les applications et impossible d'ouvrir Adobe XD

Bonjour,


Je rencontre depuis un moment un problème de chargement des applications (cf. screenshot 1). De plus simultanément je n'ai plus accès à Adobe XD (cf screenshot 2).

 

Mon administrateur a tenté de désinstaller/réinstaller CC et toutes les applications mais cela n'a pas résolu les erreurs.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://account.adobe.com

 

then sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
