Creative Cloud needs to be repaired on reinstalled every time I turn on my computer

everytime I turn on my computer I receive this error message (attached) from adobe saying creative cloud must be repaired and reinstalled. adobe support had me download their uninstaller and remove the creative suite completely and then reinstall but that seems to actually have now made matters worse as I have to go through this reapir and reinstall process at least twice every morning to use adobe software. any help or insight would be greatly appreciated because this issue is super frustrating!
