Hi there,

with my creative cloud account i downloaded and installed Bridge to  an older MacBook air (OS 10.12.6).

Now this MacBook air is not working well.

It belongs to my teenage daughter and she is going nuts!

All of a sudden some files are multiplied and some are missing!

How can i restore it and go back to before?

I dont need creative cloud on this specific MacBook.

Many thanks for your help

Not sure how your specific problem with that older Apple Mac computer has anything to do with Adobe software let alone Adobe Bridge.

Uninstall Bridge and then use your Time Machine backup to restore the system to as it was.

But is really sounds like you have a hard drive problem and or that older Mac is just starting to fail (Hardware problems).
