Creative Cloud programs not opening (Windows 10)

Hi all,

I'm having issues with my Creative Cloud programs (Lr Classic, Lr CC, Ps, Id) not launching. I click on the Creative Cloud/desktop/taskbar icon and it does not open.

Hardware:

ASUS P9X79-LE

Intel i7-4930K

32GB Kingston DDR3 RAM (tried both dual and quad channel configurations)

240GB SanDisk SSD

2 x 2TB Seagate Barracuda

2 x GTX 760 (tried both single and dual card configurations)

I've tried the following suggestions already to no avail:

• signing out and in again on Creative Cloud
• Deleting preferences file
• Deleting OOBE folder contents
• Re-installing Windows 10
• Creative Cloud Uninstall Tool, restart, reinstall CC
• Various combinations of new and previous graphics drivers, chipset drivers
• Safe mode
• Resetting CMOS and BIOS UEFI settings

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

what do you see if you right click the desktop icon?

after uninstalling all your cc programs, uninstalling the cc desktop app, cleaning and then while reinstalling the cc desktop app, do you see any errors?  can you open the cc desktop app at that time?
