So I am trying to dowload photoshop and it keeps giving me error 120 wich means that it has no space to download. I switched my download location to a drive that has atleast 100 gigs left so I dont understand what the problem is here.

Vince, I am sorry but the drive/partition is still used to complete the download and install process.  You will also need disk space to sync files and use many of the services included with a Creative Cloud membership.  Please move documents, images, music, videos, and any other large files from the drive containing the operating system to free up additional disk space.
