Hi.
Regarding Creative Cloud desktop, every time I start/restart my computer I am not signed in automaticly as it should and have to sign in to use apps. I use windos 10 home and my creative cloud is up to date. I have tried this and it did not resolved the problem: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html.
I did not reinnstal cloud yet,

try resetting the cc app: To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
