Hello,
I'm trying to install the creative cloud app on my new laptop in order to use photoshop for school. However, everytime I try to open the CC app to do so, these 2 messages pop up.
Of course I've tried 3 times do disinstall and re-install the program, but it keeps repeating this message and it doesn't seem to have a specific error code.
Does anybody know how to fix it? It would be very appreciated.
That is a Microsoft problem... Go to the Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help

Just to add- I've tried repairing it too but after 2% of loading it says that I need to be connected to the internet when I have full bars

Hi there, I am having the same problem downloading Creative Cloud/Lightworks on Windows. I have read your reply to the previous users message but I am noty sure what to do once I've clicked on the links in your reply. Can you please talk me through how to resolve the problem once I've clicked on the links. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
