KerrSEA4, I am sorry but there is not an active Creative Cloud membership assigned to the e-mail address you are using to post to this public discussion forum. What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using? Do you personally own and maintain the computer and network that you are attempting to use Creative Cloud applications on or are they managed by the educational institution you either attend or work for?
